Supplemental terms of car order:
- 10-minute waiting time is included in the cost of the car order.
- Cancellation of a car order at a notice shorter than 15 minutes prior to the ordered car delivery is charged at the rate of 150 Rub for a car of the Comfort category and 300 Rub for a car of the Business and the Minivan categories.
- A car delivery to the point of order outside MKAD is charged at the rate of 100 Rub/km further on for a car of the Comfort category and 25 Rub/km further on for a car of the Business and the Minivan categories.
- Carrying of a Customer's luggage by the driver up to the entrance door is included in the cost of the car order. Further luggage transportation is paid by the agreement between the Customer and the driver.
- Parking charge is paid by the Customer basing on the actual cost of the service (by prior agreement with the Customer).
- Transportation of animals is only allowed if the animal is carried in a special container (basket, cage, mat). Transportation of animals is charged at the rate of extra 200 Rub to the basic tariff
- In the event of ordering a station wagon car the driving fare is increased by 200 Rub.
- Driving a passenger to a railway terminal, riverside or bus station service increases the trip cost by 100 Rub, meeting a Customer at the above sites - by 200 Rub.
- The cost of the courier delivery is charged at the rate of extra 300 Rub to the basic tariff.
- Transporting dirty luggage or that producing an unpleasant odor is prohibited. In the event of damaging or dirtying the car compartment by the Passenger the latter is obliged to compensate the costs incurred thereby.
- Night tariffs are applicable on public holidays and weekends. The cost should be specified beforehand.
- These tariffs are not deemed to be a public offer. The cost of each transportation is calculated individually basing on tariffs stated here in. The charges are specified VAT inclusive.
- Cashless payment terminals installed on machines belonging to the "Business" and "VIP" segment.
- Segment car class "Comfort" terminals receive non-cash payments is not equipped.
